I find self forgiveness to be very tough especially, as Kerry, says being homebound gives my inner critic lots of room to blossom. But your post gives me a tool to counteract that.

Renee, I struggle with a very strong spirited inner mom critic myself and thank you for sharing Popov's wise words and your own.

I find that being homebound and needing to rest without distraction much of the time, gives my inner critic an awful lot of opportunities to speak up, too many...
